T. Miller Construction, Inc. has been building and remodeling homes in Santa Cruz, Santa Clara,  and Monterey Counties since 1989.  Our family has been building custom homes for people in the Santa Cruz area dating back to the 1950’s.

The times have changed, but our philosophy has remained much the same:  Getting our clients the most for their money while giving them a top notch finish product.
Here are some of the reasons we have been sucessful over the years:

  • Our “Turnkey” price is generally found to be in the middle of the pack.  More importantly: our quality and service is on par with the high priced companies most people can’t afford.

  • We pride ourselves on daily progress.  This means your project gets substantially closer to completion everyday.  No ghost-town days on your project = you get your life back as quick as possible.

  • We get 90% of our work through referals from our past clients.  Our clients are very excited to have their friends and family work with us.

  • 30% of our clients end up doing a second project with us!  This number will be much higher if the other 70% ever deciede to remodel or build another project.

  • We self-perform much of our work.  Foundation, framing, and finish carpentry are performed with “in house staff” while the sub-trades are coordinated to work in harmony with us.

  • We have a long history with the sub-constractors that will work on your home.  We bring a tight “family” of workers to your project that we know you can trust.

  • You will be happy.  This is a fact.  We will see to it that you are happy and that the experience is a good one from start to finish.

  • By projects end our clients generally become our friends.  I am, and have remained, friends with all of my clients.  This seems to be a natural happinstance.
